It takes a total of 10 minutes for you to set them up, and you don’t even need to pirate the ROMs, you can just boot up your own copies, but it’s still too much work and effort for the average zoomie jfl.

He talks about PS1 emulation right? If so then it's the easiest thing you can set up right after snes/psp or vita games. You just download/dump rom, put bios into folder and play the game.
