I have plenty of problems with modern Nintendo. I do not enjoy most of the games they release. However, some of the complaints are just ridiculous and obviously hypocritical. You will have people who shill the $400-600 steam deck, trashing the switch 2 as too expensive. I am sorry, but $450 for a console, is normal. These consoles are not cheap to produce. They cost around $338 to $400 per unit to make. The same people complaining about the price of the console have no issue with PS5, Xbox, or steam deck being a similar price.
Also, the same people complaining about switch 2 games being $70 have no issue with PS5 and Xbox series X games being $70. Where was the backlash to Monster Hunter Wilds being $70? There are plenty of greedy things you can criticize Nintendo for, but you need to apply the same logic to other game companies.
Nintendo is not anti consumer for taking down emulators for the switch 1. Those people using those emulators are not fucking consumers. If someone stole something you made and were trying to sell, you would not call those people who stole it good for your business.
It's just so ridiculous. You can't even criticize the quality of modern Nintendo games (which I have an issue with) because these people complaining actually love Nintendo games. They're literally angry that Nintendo doesn't allow them to play the games for free. It's pathetic.
I do not want to see another video in my recommendations complaining about how they have to pay $10 more for a game when the same person is preordering collectors editions of the new call of duty.
