I really like these FED market days, they'll keep the positive outflows just low enough so that if the FED tells everybody what they want to hear it is buy, buy, and buy, however, if the FED says something they don't like with those low positive outflows it's sell, sell, and sell. Yes I do, especially here within the United States. This time however there will be no financial bailouts and a lot of realtor businesses or real estate corporate agencies will definitely go bankrupt. I've heard horror stories out of Australia, but I imagine it is just as bad everywhere throughout the west because we stopped seeing them as stable places for families long ago where for the last three decades or so it has purely been a for profit speculative market.
