I didn't selectively choose these definitions, I didn't find a single one saying that in order for something to be classified as spam it must be the same content posted over and over again. Call it what you will, OffTopic is not supposed to be flooded with that content.

A total of 8 people expressed positive remarks in the 9 threads that he made.
Am I supposed to ignore the information that he provides solely because he insulted me? And I didn't ban him by giving him a 90%, I gave him a 30%. His other warnings caught up with him. I already explained my reasoning as well; I believe he knew that we would not be happy about his spamming but he didn't care and he kept doing it, possibly because he thought that there would either be no consequences, or that the consequences would be mild.
This is a user that, even though he joined in May, had already gotten a total of 8 warnings before this one. The context of this specific user played a part in his warning. He doesn't seem to care. So be it.

It's obvious trolling. If you can't notice by reading his thread I don't know what to tell you. He detailed how he was creeping (that word is appropiate in this context) on a girl and when she changed seats with some random guy, possibly because she was scared of firemoth openly staring at and drooling over her, he describes how he wanted to unleash his rage on him even though he was completely innocent. The words he used to tell his story only made the thread more suspicious.
Mind you, he was welcome to make a proper ban appeal that would have, no doubt about it, gotten him unbanned, but he chose not to.
Oh, well maybe he'll make it eventually. But I'm not sharp on picking up these kinds of things. But now I know!
Oh, also forgot to mention that he made another thread today talking about running "mental retardation game".

Yes. Posting style, mostly usage of commas, is what gave it away. It was already an extremely suspicious thread but his writing style sealed the deal.
