So... we have good games again now?

For ages it seemed like games had become pretty bad.

I mean, there was the odd game that caught my eye like R-Type Final 3, Halo Infinite or even Redfall looked interesting to me but most of them looked... throwaway or very woke and strange or... in some other way just not that great. Other than indie games of course.

But now we're getting these Asian releases like Path of Exile 2 and Mecha BREAK and they actually look... good? I wonder if Western games had become so poor that I'd forgotten what good games even looked like.
