Venting I've been diagnosed with IBS

Not only do I have to deal with my anxiety and my feelings of inferiority, but also with this fucking disease, basically it's a pain in your gut that comes on without warning and you feel like going to the bathroom immediately, and it can happen at any time, it's totally unpredictable and it's a horrible pain.

i have this too.
i had it my whole life though.
the problem is the abdominal pain that doesn't go away until you take a shit, and you can't take a shit if you are constipated.
so you have to take laxatives daily.
