As an Escortceller I'm in 2 minds. There has to be a set of laws for Customer & Vendor both.

If the Escortceller deceives the Escort then that's theft, fraud & possible rape (criminalization) although the word rape is bandied around too loosely.

If the Escort deceives the Escortceller then that's theft & fraud along with possibly giving an STI which would constitute GBH or Criminal Negligence.

Escorts don't want to play into the hands of Radical Feminoids who believe all Escorting is Rape due to payment equalling consent & on the next hand say that they want to class non payment of sex as rape although in a commercial "decriminalized" setting it would be theft & fraud again a criminal act but without the need to resort to saying it was rape.
