As soon as people start having sex, so let's say 13. Inceldom can be at it's worst when you're a teenager, when your hormones are raging and everything is overwhelming. We shouldn't bar the youngcels from having a place to vent and from knowing that it isn't their fault. Having hope and being bluepilled are not the same exact thing. You can attempt to ascend and still try to use the blackpill to your advantage.

I think its more to do with over sexualized society and you're being forced into learning about it. Then you only care because others are doing it and you don't want to be left out. I'm certain that decades ago that men weren't interested in girls until their late teens, only recently that has changed because of porn, television and the internet. If you exercise hard enough before and during your puberty you can boost your testosterone during the window in which your body changes most after leaving the womb. Knowing about the blackpill, you can beg your parents for HGH, for plastic surgery, for braces, etc and have a logical argument to explain why you'd need it. The sooner people get the truth, the more control they have over their destiny.

Expanding on this idea as I think of it, you can also explain why you'd need certain items to your parents like Cell phones, etc and give you grounds to tell your parents why some of the things they're doing might not be working, in a way they can understand. Think about our posts being read from the perspective of a parent watching the internet parental controls of their 10 year old that's going to be an incel. If we can keep it palatable enough for your average person to read, then it can definitely help youngcels. I think some of the most convincing, age bracket spanning evidence is the direct photo comparisons.

Pictures like this that demonstrate the objective aesthetic improvement.
