I just don’t think there’s non controversial users to promote to mod which is why mods are holding out. Realistically a mod should be a user who’s never ever participated in drama, nor had warnings. Plus, I like the status quo right now. We currently have the best moderation balance between too strict and too lenient currently. They shouldn’t let anymore mods in, the forum is content and fine as it is. I’m pro status quo.

I’m not sure who/what you’re referring to but if it has merit the mods will get on it eventually. I’d rather have 3 (possible) incidents solved slowly if it means there’s less overall mod control. Sometimes you have to let the crackhead go in order to not get martial law. Homosexual content is clamped down here though. I’ve not seen a person admitting to being LGBTQmentalillnsssalphabet posting here, so it does get resolved quite quick.
Someone who’s unbiased/uncontroversial is very important. Bias can lead to unfair bans and warnings because of how divided this community is, and to solve that divide through a controversial user who will ban the opposite would destroy the forums inactivity. A “clique” can take over, if you would, then the “clique” alienate everyone else and you have an unfair system and eventually a dead forum besides the small “clique”.
Eh. That’s kind of subjective. A lot of “the blackpill” is controversial and fought over, but there’s been “blackpilled” threads mods have made, but usually they don’t create threads nor post period which I think is good because getting into arguments when you’re in a position of power can lead to bias and shit.
Again, kind of subjective. “Anti blackpill” and “bluepill” can mean different things to different people. Objective women and homosexuals or transsexuals do get banned quite quickly though.

Well if that did that they should get banned for sure, the mods looked at it even. I believe a no tolerance policy towards that is a good thing, but what you said made me think that they just never saw it period and were about to be looking into it.
