We might let Luzi back in 3-6 months. 
The reason the dude is gone for now is cuz he’s one of those users that’s stacked up a ton of warnings and showed over a long period of time that he simply does not respect the site or our rules.
We‘ve historically been very lenient with him and kept him around as he occasionally makes for good comedy relief but at a certain point we as staff members do have to put our foot down with certain users or they will just continue to run roughshod over the place.
Remember before my most recent embarrassing scandal the big criticism of me before all that was being far too lenient on rule breaking users.
Well I’m now finally trying to correct that flaw bros.
