I barely go outside showers usually make the small psoriasis patches on my elbows worse and cleaning my hair usually leaves it in a greasier state shortly after. I have sensitive skin and acne all over my chest so showering I will do sometimes weeks without currently if this gets too bad I will usually just get into a mildy warm bath rinse myself and get out.

yes and it has begun to clear but just won't go away in that area still getting new zits on my faces
