Last month, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit upheld Ashley Nicole Kolhoff's conviction and sentence on one count of producing child pornography.
Kolhoff was a 21-year-old single mother living in Port Clinton, Ohio when she was arrested by the FBI. In a bench trial, Judge Leonie M. Brinkema found that Kolhoff had molested her infant daughter while videotaping the abuse, and then shared the videotape on Larson's forum (Rapey/.su) under the username "mommyxxx". Amazingly, Kolhoff appealed on the basis that the videotape was not "lewd and lascivious," and therefore did not fall under the scope of federal child pornography laws. This argument bordered on the frivolous.

As you can see, Rapey/.su was not an "incel forum" as Redditors frequently claimed back in 2020; Kolhoff was neither male nor celibate. It's funny how virtually every single one of Reddit's assertions don't stand up to factual scrutiny. Indeed, none of the parties used the word "incel" anywhere in any of their filings.
Kolhoff is currently serving a 15-year sentence at Federal Correctional Institution, Hazelton.
