News Jewish Florida Election Commission attorney sentenced to federal prison for child pornography charges

Yesterday, the U.S. Department of Justice announced:

Eric Matthew Lipman, 60, of Tallahassee, Florida, was sentenced to 72 months in federal prison for conspiring to distribute, receive, and possess material constituting child pornography, and distributing material constituting child pornography after pleading guilty on December 13, 2021. The sentence was announced by Jason R. Coody, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.

Disgusting.

According to the factual stipulation of a plea agreement signed December 2021, Lipman was caught after Yahoo's algorithms detected him sending the following two items of child pornography via email, froze his account, and tipped off federal law enforcement.


When law enforcement searched his computer, they found dozens more items of child pornography on his Mega.nz account, as well as his belonging to no less than 4 chat rooms dedicated to sharing child pornography. For example:

According to the defense's sentencing memorandum, Lipman was an active member of his community (i.e. a normie). For example, he served on the temple board at Temple Israel in Tallahassee, was the team manager of his daughter's high school football team, started a youth soccer camp for students during spring break, and coached the Florida State University undergraduate moot court team.

I'm also confused by them saying that between 3 and 8 years old is "toddler-aged". I thought toddlers were like 1-2 because they are able to stand and amble around like a zombie but not casually walk or run.

What if these were all just recordings of the traditional Bris Milah ceremony?

IE you must participate in CP via Metzitza to be included in the Jewish community but if they ever decide they want to get rid of you they just release the tapes.
