Race is arguably more important than height. Isla Vista would probably have the highest density of chads per man than any other suburb in America. And no way you believe he is slightly above average looking there, he was a skinny 5'8 mixed chink, living in an area known for chads and college frats.
I can concur that Isla Vista and that area is full of frat dudes who all the women there are all generally only gravitated to but they are not known to be Chads they are mostly HTNs.
