Discussion Looking for legal drugs to lighten up my mood

By legal i mean anti depressant drugs that i can buy from a chemist or something that brings back joy in life or changes moods till i have to take another pill. I am just dead and way too depressed at this point as i am reaching 25 and feeling bad about my prime years i missed due to my genetics

Theoretically, I don't see why you'd not just adapt to the drugs (I'm not educated on this, though). "Medication" I received as a youngcel may have fucked me up for real with virtually no benefits at all. Anyway, everyone's different but it makes sense to check with professionals first. Cardio, meditation, strength training, martial arts/something social instead (also can boost mood, at least for me)?

i go to gym and do calisthenics as well but honestly speaking nothing helps
