LifeFuel How to keep showing up at the gym... for me?

I want to get fit for myself. I will only live once, so I want to look good as I do it. I work out regularly and go to a gym, but each session is excruciating. I leave the gym feeling like a zombie.
Then I look off in the distance and think, "I am doing this... for what? It's so over anyway."
Not to mention my super easy to injure body that makes working out without something hurting or tearing a fucking puzzle.
The only saving grace is that I have been living a really unhealthy lifestyle (junk food, energy drinks, lack of activity) etc. and it made me feel depressed, bloated, and fatigued, but ever since I started taking fitness seriously I feel like 50% better health-wise.

Sadly my joints are too fucking jelly for me to put up a fight to anyone who would 1v1 me, and I don't problemmaxx so I have no need to physically confront ppl. I don't want to live with my cortisol high 24/7

You should see a doctor regarding the joint part. Maybe you can get proper medication for them
 
If you're truly blackpilled, the least you can do is be fit
 
Just turn it into a routine. Consistency is key
 
carb up (100g before a workout or so), caffeine helps me feel better and maybe pre workout. Also cardio even just 5-10 minutes a day helped my energy a lot.

Mixed martial arts are the holy grail for incels. you wouldn't believe how many truecels are in the UFC

Unironically the fatigue is an absolute handicap for me. If I don't excercise for a while I feel absolutely horrible and constantly tired with zero energy.
 
I don't go to the gym.
