I'm probably not going to do full water fasting. I'll just do low calorie days where I just have a protein shake and a salad, maybe 1000 calories total. I could do that 5 days a week and that would put me at a 5000 calorie deficit each week, which in theory would yield 1-2lbs fat loss per week.honestly starvemaxxing is much better and faster than dieting even a good caloric deficit diet won't be half as fast as starvemaxxing.
