during first few days pain was controlled through iv administration by capable nurses, almost no issue with pain. back home, i just drank norco whenever i felt pain coming. after a week no more pain just tingling sensation as nerves and bone heals. the worst part is not being able to breath, it felt like some kind of waterboarding torture the first few days. other than that, not bad.

is rigor mortis here? i need him to know i got it before he did. if you have real medical condition that qualifies you like i did(class 3 malocclusion), you can get it covered(mostly) by insurance.
proper before after will take weeks im afraid since swelling is still covering jaw area

top is before, bottom is the changed. my median movement was 7mm forward with couple degrees of ccw rotation. for medical reasons you don't get to pick and choose, i had to slowly guide my doctor over to the blackpilled ideal. originally i was only going to get 3mm forward to fix my edge to edge/underbite. my wild card was sleep apnea. i threw it out there and persuaded him to do 7mm of median. my lagest move was 8mm, least was 5mm, but overall, most landmarks moved 5-7mm.

don't settle for pussy movements, try for 1cm, get at least 5mm

yeah, i suspect that's just how the surgeons can scrounge up a little extra cash. i will try and get medical to cover more. i've seen a lot of surgey cases where they independently negotiate with medical insurance after the surgery to have them cover more if not most of the other charges as well.
