For me it's food, a lot of food. Mostly junk food. Also gacha/mmos. Video games have helped me get by but they are also why i had piss grades back in school lolz.
I tend to avoid drugs of any kind. The only ones im on are Ritalin and Risperidone. i try to minimize Risperidone. it turns me into a sleepwalking pussy, a zombie .
