Could very well be; for example. my outlet for that was the sims, I actually used to make bullies and people that were mean to me die in extravagant ways. I also did the same with created fighters in fight night and UFC games where I made myself strong and op and made them weak, I'd brutally beat them. I feel like making a thread about it all now that I think about it
I used to go on GTA after school would finish and I would go to the college area and just go ER on the people there a lot lol
That was my only outlet that didn’t really require me to use any physical movement
The gym used to be a very good outlet to let out my anger ah man i remember having such an Adrenalin rush in my workouts while getting this high from the copious amount of caffeine I would consume before working out while lifting to punk/metal i really miss those times
