It's Over flirting or friendly what's the difference?

I'm confused to know the difference, some colleagues at work for instance can be friendly but sometimes it feels like flirting which would be a shock to my ugly arse. As a manlet with a beak nose, the whole concept of flirting alludes me. I can read women about as well as I read the bible.

There's a fine line between flirting and friendly, like how the fuck are we supposed to tell the difference?. A woman usually waits for the man to make the 1st move right?. In that case, how would we know if its flirting to begin with to even make a move. As a subhuman, if someone is flirting without us realising then surely that presents an opportunity .

Its really hard to tell the difference because friendly seems very similar to flirting, a compliment or a gesture could be taken both ways.

No idea actually, I never initiated with a woman a actual convo because I have nothing to say, if they initiate (which is not much) they are usually university classmates or sort of thing and I have nothing to say so it dies out fast after they are done with their questions, I don’t think someone ever flirted with me.
