I tried working out at home every other day and the reason I did it in the first place is to not look weak and timid because some people will try u if they see u looking weak. Now to the martial arts part I have done Muay Thai for 1 month only and it did kinda benefit me. So my question to u guys is do I really need to do martial arts to make me stronger and know how to defend myself or no
