It's not popular anymore but I think it looked great. The clear plastic.

Not that modern designs don't look good. Some do. But I wish I still had the option of these designs as I'd buy them in a heartbeat!

I never liked see through consoles. Plastic just looks ugly and makes it look cheap.

Modern consoles I think look mostly OK but I don't like the design of the PS5.

On the older consoles yes it looks great, but on more modern stuff like Xbox/360 controllers I always saw the clear plastic as sign of it being cheap/junk.

Same, i miss that era so bad. Today everything looks as generic and soulless as possible. All mobile phones are boring black slabs as an example.
