Did 5km on the rower (trvcel pace, 26 min), and jogged 4km on the treadmill (trvcel pace, 30 min). I recently started to figure out that the basis for all athletic endeavors may be cardio. Some strongmen that have won world's strongest man and shit started out swimming/sportballing/running/etc. It also gives a way better mental health boost (mood and performance) than simple strength training, I believe. Btw, some normie was trying to do a cold approach within earshot whilst I was working out. I've only seen maybe a handful of these during my time in gyms.
