A normie can party all night, drink alcohol, not exercise, not have a good sleep routine, and may still function more or less as normal. They may get carried by hormones and mental stability, granted by romance, suitable genetics/childhood and friendship (stuff I don't have). Me, and I wager most incels, can't get away with this sort of behavior (not that the typical debauchery is even available to us, but plentiful ways of unhealthy living certainly are). In order to not get dragged further down than we already are we must be at peak physical condition at all times. I believe a physical state of health and energy is usually overlooked in favor of mental coping strategies or even it's opposite (taking it out on your own body/getting fucked up to get a small break from the crushing grind of girlfriendless time slowly passing). Though I won't want to compare the two, and think both are needed, the physical aspect seems very straightforward, easily tracked, and achievable, with minimal information and effort.
Optimized sleep schedule, diet (we probably all know more or less what's healthy, otherwise just look this up), hydration, supplementation if deemed beneficial, optimal body fat percentage for energy and health, screen time limitations (I know), cardiovascular exercise, strength training, stress management (trying to limit unnecessary sources of stress whenever possible and practicing meditation/mindfulness), etc, etc. Again, just look some stuff up online if you're completely new to healthy lifestyles and how they affect your body and mind.
More energy and better mood, handle the constant pain easier with whatever strategies you're using (mindfulness, working, etc).
More energy for better decision making.
More energy to quit addictions, and to refrain from damaging any relationships you might have left.
More energy for copes and hobbies. I'm very anhedonic but I still have some hobbies.
Better performance at work if wagie, I assume is likely. Altogether less risk of losing job due to incident/quitting.
There you have it. Let's get vigorous, brocels!
