If it doesn't make sense, then you are "correct". logic is very hard to put into words due to many exceptions/alternative situations. A flow chart is better for this kind of thing
funny because I can easily tell as a programmer, that the video is highly simplified and doesn't even explain things like wind resistance, aerodynamic, weight of missile, XYZ etc etc
