I would say at least 1% of men die as old virgins. It seems like it's 'just' a 1% but that's still a huge number - for USA it's more than 1.5 million men. And I'm not counting those that only had sex with escorts. So it's not that rare, but still very uncommon... not for long, I imagine that guys who are 20 now will have a much bigger virginity rate in 20 years if nothing change for better(and it's gonna change only for worse)

After 25 there should be a ritual where men are stripped of any shred of hope that they might be harboring.

Agreed it ends officially at 25. The government should offer free painless euthanasia to anyone who is still a virgin by 25 imo also if you're below 6ft at that point too.
