apparantly you can use brainwaves and listen to them to send messages to your body such as increase your height through releasing more HGH. anyone tried this? i dont know if my growth plates are closed yet and they will soon if they havent so i got nothing to lose. the feedback in the comments and like ratio looks very promising i must admit.

Machiavelli did not go from 5'9 to 6'5 and he did not inject hgh. He did boosters like mk677 and aromasin. Aromasin is not an hgh stimulant, it's an estrogen blocker although it has been reported in a few cases to increase igf-1 although this would probably make a few mm of difference.

He went from 6'2 to 6'5 keep in mind this was when he was around 15-16 so he was still growing. At the most he increased his height by an inch, maybe an inch and a half. I think I read somewhere that you're 17, probably 17.5 by now. Most of your large plates in your legs would have fused by now. Your spinal column and clavicles are most likely still open at this point so if you want to go on some boosters They might give you a combined inch.

Most of your jaw and facial bones are probably open as well at this point but I don't know if you want to focus on them.
