I used to believe in the growth plates cope. I used to tell myself I'm a late bloomer and how my growth plates haven't fused yet. JFL, for 99.9% of people growth plates fuse at 15-17. Machiavelli did not go from 5'9 to 6'5 and he did not inject hgh. He did boosters like mk677 and aromasin. Aromasin is not an hgh stimulant, it's an estrogen blocker although it has been reported in a few cases to increase igf-1 although this would probably make a few mm of difference.

He went from 6'2 to 6'5 keep in mind this was when he was around 15-16 so he was still growing. At the most he increased his height by an inch, maybe an inch and a half. I think I read somewhere that you're 17, probably 17.5 by now. Most of your large plates in your legs would have fused by now. Your spinal column and clavicles are most likely still open at this point so if you want to go on some boosters They might give you a combined inch.

Most of your jaw and facial bones are probably open as well at this point but I don't know if you want to focus on them.

I've tried dozens of copes using binaural and monoraul beats. Monoraul you don't need headphones.
Sleep with delta waves and I made my own self programming audio.
Also used theta waves for awake reprogramming, again self recorded voice using reprogramming techniques.
I don't think I achieved anything, other than just entertaining myself.
