Anybody here got dental implants?

I kinda need multiple implants. At least 2 are absolutely necessary cause they're for my front teeth and I can't eat with the damn things, the filling looks ugly and keeps falling.

But I heard they're painful as fuck. Has anyone here got them? Do they hurt after the surgery?

i always had perfect teeth because my dad always bitched about taking care of them, but i want to replace one tooth with a silver one

metal teeth are uncomfortable, they press against your gum

Not in my country. You don't even get total anaesthesia, you just get the local kind. And then when it wears off it's tough titties for you, they'll give you some ibuprofen at best lmao.
