Almost everyday now I'm sleeping like 10 hours and I still wake up completely tired and out of energy, It's as if I were hit by a nuclear bomb. Loneliness is starting to take it's toll on me.

You're exactly like me. Also, it takes me on average 1-3 hours to fall asleep leading to a massive waste of time.

The ONLY thing that has ever helped is jogging. I can jog for 4-6 miles and feel great the rest of the day. Problem is I am so depressed when I wake up I can't possibly motivate myself to do this every day.
