That's why people who age without achieving anything with young looks get less happy. You know you lost the only thing that had something going for you in this world. Now you getting older and more forgetful, time pass faster is like it knows there is nothing left anymore.

Also from young age we conscious of our looks. Like I could feel myself getting uglier whenever my parents took me to the barber to get an ugly cut. Knew I was ugly since I was a toddler even though my parents tried to gaslight me. So cutting hair felt brutal as it helped cover my horrible hairline. Literally crutching for a bit of dignity as a human.
