Serious young third worlders doing nothing (milling around)

Have anyone noticed the behavior of third worlders doing...nothing? Like being in a large group, sitting around. This behavior isn't strictly racial, for example, bangeleash (how the fuck do you spell that?) niggas do that but not indian jeets.

Those guys don't play music or talk to each other much either so it's not exactly socializing.

I sort of "do this" as well, I would walk endlessly browsing my phone on lunch time and making posts on here, because I don't have much else to do, but not stand there.

They can be quite dangerous though. Those guys are very common in the poorest areas here, mostly jeets. I'm not talking about the tech support jeets, I'm talking about ones that are almost like gypsies - they commit most crime here and many pack heat in form of a machete
