Work gives me so much anxiety/stress that I feel like icy ants are on my balls when I even think about it. Anyone else?

It's a weird feeling to explain, but it's like my whole body goes a little cold and numb and like it has ants crawling over it, but especially on my balls or in my stomach.

Idk if it's work itself or the fact that it involved interactions with other people. And by work now I only mean working for stuff at uni, seminars and assignments and such. An actual job will probably be even worse.

Maybe it's cortisol (the stress hormone).

Only one reason why i really disliked working, working with other people AS TEAM. Other people sometimes disrespect me and not take job seriously. I really want to punch them (in Minecraft).

For me it's the omnipresent judgment and evaluation that makes me anxious.

I think its worse in uni tbh, because they quantify everything you fucking do and you end up comparing yourself to everyone else your age, most of whom lifemog us in a million different ways.

At least at work, depending on the job, you have a bit more breathing room. Especially when youre a govcuck like me and work a pointless desk job, and i dont get mogged as much compared to uni

And yeah i guess that all plays in to the dealing-with-normies pain

I've never experienced that.

It's been a long time since I've been stressed about anything. But I remember it feeling more like racing thoughts and a headache.
