My height is 5'8=173cm.
Weight is like 135lbs=60+ kilo something.
I'm very lean.
I have a small frame, smal hands, head, everyhing.
I did boxing, i know to fight but people only judge the body
At work and in society i feel very unconfident bcs other males are bigger , at work people disrespect me..
Do you guys think if i bulk and go from 60kg to 80kg people will be more afraid of me?
I want to be big so then i can also reduce my social anxiety.
 
Yes, men are gonna think twice before disrespecting you.
 
In the early 2000s I had similar height, weight and frame. I was getting bullied at work. I wanted to change my life so I started working out intensively. I also quit masturbating, which I believe helped me gain strength and muscle. I increased my bodyweight to 75kg (above average for Asians at the time). It was a decent amount of muscle but it didn't look impressive due to my body proportions (narrow shoulders, small wrists, short legs, etc). Still, the bullying decreased from numerous times a day to a few times a week. If ppl abused me, they used more subtle and indirect methods. Life was almost OK. Sadly I lost most of the strength and muscle due to a lower back injury. I can no longer squat or deadlift. Ppl bully me again (I'm middle-aged now). Even teens and 20 year olds laugh at me and are aggresive to me. I want to do boxing and grappling to learn how to actually protect myself.
 
Mostly a placebo effect hence ppl go to the gym, think they're Rambo and begin answering back. It works only if your bullies were coward and weak themselves.

But someone like Jeremy Meeks would bully you regardless. The quantity of musculature needed to appear threatening even with clothes (especially outside of late spring/summer) would require becoming either a roided monster or a fat bulked powerlifter. Your 10-15-20 lbs of gymcel muscl4e would be barely noticeable and won't scare anyone.

That's not even considering that as a street fighter you're the same especially as gym doesn't teach you how to throw proper punches.

Over for gymcels the moment they meet someone even slightly tough.

dumb people are impresed by big muscles caleed mass.
but i tell you all a secret. this type of guys cant fight or are at least very slow.
i did boxing for half of my life and i am very athtletc lean low fat percentage. it makes me look lkke brad pitt fightclub.
people noticing my behaviour my agressive walk my body language. so they are impresed even if i dont have muscles like a lifter.
 
If you're sub 7 they'll just see you as compensating (which you are). Better to be as average as possible so you don't stick out more than necessary.
