Tbh he sounds like an South East Asian (Indonesia specifically) STEMcel truecel making a university presentation in English. Also weird punctuation. Guy is from Hungary I dunno why he doesn't use his own voice or chooses something that doesn't sound so robotic

does he use tts?
maybe he just changed his accentuation as it helps on youtube
he has already spoke like this 6 years ago and back then tts wasnt that good (remember Cleverbot etc?)

Some old text to speech was really good. In Spanish we had Loquendo which was robotic and monotonous but still really good.
