Why did my thread get flagged?

Tried posting a thread a couple hours ago and it just says "Awaiting approval before being displayed publicly." Can't think of anything that would have warranted that except the fact that I used the f-word once. Was unaware of any profanity policy on this site though…

It's there to prevent GrAYfag from spamming faggot/ glowie content
