I slowly overcame my fear. Dogs are fucking disgusting (I hate all pets and this is smth they all have), plus they are super high maintenance. It's hard for me to maintain myself, I do not want to be maintaining anything else. This is why I support childfree, and why one of my dating requirements is for women to not want a "trad husband" that'll pay her bills.

Random catastrophic failure of technology. Eg. cars spontaneously failing whilst driving, computer randomly becoming bricked or crashing.
