Most women will never realize it.
I noticed that women will throw around that word a lot even with no apparent reasoning. A big reason is simply just having opposite interests, interests that go out of the “gender norm”. Or dressing outside of the norm, acting “out of the norm”. None of these things imply being a pick me. Every human being is different and we exist outside of these social structures.
Women also might feel in competition with “tomboys” because they get more positive male attention. A lot of tomboys interests (although each tomboy is complex) align within male gender norms (enjoying sports, gaming, ect) and men feel like this woman would relate to them more since they have similar thought processes and interests making a relationship with them more attractive. A better potential suitor.
When a woman makes a “dark humour” joke and jokes about things out of the norm (i:e racist jokes) she will be ridiculed by women and called a “attention seeker”. But first of all, why has dark humour been associated with men and considered controversial for women? Well, social conditioning is probably the bigger explanation. (Throughout history and still to this day men are often given more social permission to be provocative, rude, or “edgy,” while women are more often punished for violating warmth, politeness, or respectability expectations. (I:e https://business.missouri.edu/sites...ake_and_Robert_JMP.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com)
This is seen even with children, boys and girls expectations are different, and mothers in particular are more critical of daughters (https://www.theguardian.com/society/2010/oct/06/most-mums-favour-sons-survey)
But there is also a biological aspect of this, women compared to men score highly on agreeable scores partly because women are more vulnerable and this has been used as a survival strategy against threats (https://taylorlab.psych.ucla.edu/wp...es-to-stress-in-females_tend-and-befriend.pdf)
(Now this is not to defend those cringe com girls, “trad wives” and women who larp in blackpill communities to who clearly fish for attention and confuse them for women who are actually being themselves.)
This also goes back to whenever a woman critiques another woman, does not agree with them or as they say be a “girls girl” they immediately are casted out of the “woman hood” even tho the woman hood is simply about being able to attract Chad and center him for the rest of your life.
Moving on, this is just a huge social network of women judging other women who behave out of the norm but at the same time is also competing with them. For Chad.
Now let’s get to the actual part
Women want Chad and they will do absolutely anything for Chad. There are countless stories of women themselves talking about how women choose “bad boys” and completely obsess over a guy (Chad) to the point they loose their identities, it’s women who become more obsessed in relationships not the other way around. Women will even plot on other women who are married or in a relationship with him to destroy that relationship even if it deeply hurts her female counterpart if the guy is attractive enough. Women will excuse all of chads bad actions, get abused by him and pumped and dumped. Women have no sense of morality when it comes to dealing with an attractive guy, they will do anything to get him. Including betraying their friends and family which the same guys would never do for them. It doesn’t matter in her brain anyway. They center him and only him.
Women’s “intuition” although water, is not real. Women do not even have actual opinions or a sense of morality that they stand by, they change based off the guy she’s with. Women will talk about “feminism” which only applies to less attractive guys, but when it’s a chad they will do anything he says and leave behind their old thinking process.
I do start to notice that other women (particularly in the radical feminism space) call out women like this. Even tho these radical feminists can come to a conscious, a lot of them still do not follow by what they say. Still a few that do that I can somewhat appreciate.
