@Twisted asked this before but he used UKcel stones so most didn't know how to answer, so I've added conversions. Assume a good height (6'1"-6'3"), frame and 10-12% bf.

Yeah really depends on your height. I think if you're 6'0, 65-75kg is fine.. if you're 6'2 or something, 70-80kg would be fine. Depends on a muscle mass and body fat too

im 5"11, about 150-155? but i'd say that 95% of that is muscle. i think my body fat is legit below 10%
