What if I ever ascend and get married but dont want to carry on my family name? can i come up with a new surname?

most people get some help from parents or a lot from parents
my parents on both sides gave me bottom 1% genes
and 0 help from either sides of family or parents. they just let me for dead and let me rot in my room depsite they ruined my life
and wont help in any way depsite my dad being rich as fuck
so when im older i will move out and never speak to them again(dont even speak to them now and i live in my moms house) barely mutter a word to eachother i fucking despise them for giving me this life
so if i ever ascend via surgery betabuxxing geomaxxing(which i may not).
