Some people gym for fun, not for females. I'm not here to say that gyming will get you girls.
I'm 5'11" 183 lbs
Bench: ~250
Squat: Really no clue because I always go ATG instead of parallel. ATG is ~330
Deadlift: ~415
DB Curl: 65 right 60 left
Shoulder Press: ~80
Triceps: No clue, I max out the rope pulldown at every gym
Forearm Curl (DB): 55
If your are very strong, what are your lifting methods?
