I tried gymceling myself. the best I've ever got to was like 170-160 lbs @ 10% body fat with shitty gyno chest, HUGE lower belly fat, 13.5" arms AT BEST, no visible abs AT ALL and no definitions WHATSOEVER
I barely looked like I lifted a weight in my life
while counting calories and busting my ass off "lifting heavy" and sleeping all day like a basement dweller or some shit FOR FUCKING 4 YEARS
most chads I saw don't even lift heavy, most can squat 220 with shitty form and bench 135
yet they are better looking than every gymcel there is with his 400 lb bench press
