I tried gymceling myself. the best I've ever got to was like 170-160 lbs @ 10% body fat with shitty gyno chest, HUGE lower belly fat, 13.5" arms AT BEST, no visible abs AT ALL and no definitions WHATSOEVER

I barely looked like I lifted a weight in my life
while counting calories and busting my ass off "lifting heavy" and sleeping all day like a basement dweller or some shit FOR FUCKING 4 YEARS

most chads I saw don't even lift heavy, most can squat 220 with shitty form and bench 135
yet they are better looking than every gymcel there is with his 400 lb bench press :feelsrope:

I plan to get a hair transplant late this year or early next year anyway. I am a NW2.5 with no thinning on top of my head. My grandfather on my mother's side was a NW2-2.5 in his 50s before he died.

A guy at my work who is obese has a record somewhere for benching 210kg. He is natty and is always out of breath when walking.

He has an enormous frame from the looks of it or it's just from being fat, not sure.

I ran cross country in HS and I got pretty skinny. I was fast and ran 18min 5ks but I never got a 6pack. Everyone else running those times did. It annoyed the shit out of me. I just had a flat stomach no definition. Guess I genetically wasn't meant to have them

I never see people bench more than me, even some bigger roiders, but girls don't really care. I even pause bench (I like pausing at the bottom, feel it more in my chest than touch and go) the heaviest dumbbells at my gym for 12 reps after my heavy barbell benching while I see others half repping less for. I get stares from guys, that's about it.

The funny part is, I work in IT in a not so big department and I am the third strongest guy, just lol. This other guy is natty, smaller than me in size and a ton stronger. The guy can bench 180kg at 86kg bodyweight. When I think maybe I'm somewhat strong, I even manage to get mogged by other computer nerds.

My weak point is my Arms, I can't get them to grow at all even though I can do preacher curls with 11.3kg weights on an ez-curl bar. Also my grip is shot I think my wrists might be giving out.

My strength are my shoulders. My arms used to be a weak point, but I guess not anymore as people refer to them as "guns."

They grew a lot after I started blasting them with isolation work. I do about 18 sets of biceps and 20 sets of triceps a week.

Neh. I do PPL. Well, I only do a PL now because I strained my hamstring running to catch the bus (FML) and haven't been able to train legs for like 6-7 weeks now.

I workout biceps at the end of pulling day and triceps at the end of pushing day. My workouts take about 2-2.5 hours.

Yeah, injuries are the worst I haven't been doing legs either since I've been focusing more on cardio to lose weight if I go ham on squats then I can't run for 2 days after I've done them since I've tired my legs out. I feel that it's fucked with my leg gains and even though they're the easiest to make they're the shitties to lose since it throws your body off balance. I've been losing all kind of gains for weeks now since i've been dieting it just feels so wrong, so I don't even know if my arms would even grow even if I trained them like you do.

It isn't 90% genetic. Genetics do help with frame and aesthetics results from your gains. Other than that it all comes down to your program. Yes it is easier than other because of genetics but you still can get pretty yoked and look decent enough with the right work ethic and program.
