i just squat, bench, and deadlift every time i go to the gym. weightlifting is fun, so basically made a hobby out of it, instead of lifting for hypertrophy or to muscle maxx.
 
Pull Push Legs repeat. Rest 1 day. But yeah I don’t do hypertrophy I do strength treaining. Deadlift bench and squat on the respective days with maybe 1 or 2 accessory movements. Good way to get anger out IMO.

Also I have my own weight set and power rack in my garage so I don’t have to deal with NPC’s. Very easy solution idky the guy above wrote a book about a problem he coulda solved very easily

1 hour treadmill run
40 mins of dumbbell press. Alternate 20 minutes of incline or bench press each session for 1 hour total
1/2 hour of lat pulldowns
15 minutes of shoulders
15 minutes of rowing machine
go home. Do 3 days a week. I found it on my own, gym advice is full of IQ bragging and designed to sell products

i quit 4 months ago.
I fucking hated gymcelling, I don't get enjoying it, you are surrounded by mogging npcs, you are low status so old men force advice on you constantly, people don't respect your right to be there and get competitive. I had several altercations where a ripped chad would leave his fucking property on something I was waiting for rather than letting me use it, I moved this guys drink bottle and he flipped his shit, I got dirty looks from everyone in the gym for a month because of the intense, unspoken social climate of the gym. The receptionist labeled me a shy vulnreable manlet, constantly trying to sell me things to 'help my progress' and everyone generally seemed to expect me to fail, except one chad, who grew impressed because I was a fucking champion. Every time I would sit in my car before swearing at how many pointless, irrelivant, brainless, no goals just maintaining NPCS were parked an in the gym in my fucking way of progression, this is what I hated and can't describe accurately. If you hate NPCs the gym is the worst place on earth.

pointless cope. but I put the lazy socializing gym men to shame, I was on the treadmill chasing teenagers as a 90kg incel while they were filming themselves and talking.

I did no arm work or leg work because my goal was just to reset my body and have an athletic figure. Arms and legs get to that point much faster and I achieved my goals. Being athletic proved no advantage whatsoever :feelsbadman: I still get no matches.
i see. ya i guess it varies. honestly the ppl at my gyms haven't been too bad though. it's just that they're all part of normal society and have gf's and all. lifting is fun to me though, so that's why i do it.

interesting routine though lol. i think i'd rather just try to lift as heavy as possible. but yea your routine seems cool too.

nice. yea your routine seems solid. i'd rather just do all 3 on the same day cause it's just fun to do those big lifts.

I mostly joined being sold the idea that you need their machines :feels: it's half true but not worth.
You need increasing sized weights, would cost a fair bit, and I don't know how you would do back work at home, which is good for frame.

It's not much, but It stops me from being an immobile blob.
 
barbells were great, I started out doing 6kg dumbbell presses :cryfeels: and used them over bars.

I forgot. I also did hip thrusts for a few months jfl :feelsbadman: for a half hour every 2 sessions. Because rotting in bed deteriorates those muscles badly. It was suicidefuel, I should have done squats but I got a small injury and never tried them again

I don't go to the gym because you need vaccines to use gyms in Canada now: we're a bunch of cucks up here.

I do a combination of pushups, chinups, rear delt flies, kroc crows, squats, horse stances and lunges.

I believe in weighted squats and deadlifts and have done them in the past but being a fatass don't focus that much on adding leg mass, I always figure I should diet more because I hate chafe even though I know leg mass is very useful in dropping fat.

I'm a lazy inconsistent disorganized fuck though so I don't progress well. I don't chart my shit mathematically like a put-together man, instead I go based on my feels like a foid.

I would normally be against that shit but due to suffering chronic insomnia combined with shit genes and depression, I am scatter-brained prone to ongoing injuries and need to keep in mind rehabbing those injuries while tailoring limited exercise routines so as not to exascerbate them.

As antisocial as I am I really miss when I tried lat pulldowns at gyms I could push myself way further. I always know there's more in my lats tank whenever I do chins and can't do another, I know I could do more reps at 90% or 80% or 70% resistance and so on.

Lat pullsdowns were the fucking best, whenever I do bentover rows 2-armed my lower back gives out before my lats, and when I do 1-arm Kroc rows it's stil annoying and assymetrical and I can't help but think of Matt's ugly Janae makeup.

I would buy a lat pulldown for home but now that I finally have enough money saved there's no fucking space.

if you had trouble figuring if you're doing better or getting over a hump it's prob a good idea

that said it's a lot of work and mental shit and I'm too distracted adding shit back to PVR after a fuck deletes it to have spare attention for tracking DB stuff

I think I would do it better if I had a pulldwon because that I know I can go balls to wall and I really want swole lats/back and be able to do one arm chins and stuff, the idea is very appealing

that said: why the fuck am I not doing bicep curls too? I could do those without a pulldown and I don't buy in to the whole "your biceps would take over the pulldown if you built them first" crap

I dont lift. Only use machines and dumbells
 
with a 20kg weighted vest i do pullups (wide, normal, close, chinups), dips, and the variantions of pushups. i also do squats and deadlifts and run so i do lift deadlifts because i cant run with sore hamstrings
