i used to drink like 2 cups a day but i quit after a while because it tastes like fucking dogshit and makes my breath stink. it was kinda alright because i did feel a bit less like shit after i drank it but the cons outweigh the pros tbh

coffee makes me pee, so i only drink it on special occasions or if i can afford to waste time staying within close proximity to a washroom
