After women, the most disappointing thing in life I've ever experienced is coffee.

When I was a kid, I thought it smelled so good. When I was 10, my grandfather let me drink some. Holy shit was it bad. I tried dumping in tons of sugar but nothing made me understand why anybody would ever drink this shit.

Coffee tastes very different depending on how it's prepared. French press coffee with milk tastes nice to me, but not much else. That said, coffee makes me feel too energetic, prevents me from sleeping, and I typically just end up regretting drinking it.

As I'm no coffee connoisseur (only pulled shots at a hole in the wall) I didn't understand why people drink americanos but I imagine it goes refreshingly well with grub like basic sandwiches on a hotter day otherwise they're winging it. I only drink espresso with milk and some sugar or creamer, prefer it cold. Creamer added is alright but too much and you can't taste the espresso. Although I have a sweet tooth coffee should taste like coffee, not sugar and syrup. If you have a sweet cookie with less extra flavored coffee it can be alright.

I'm a tea drinker personally. It's much more based. It tastes better on its own and comes in endless variations and flavors. And it is good both hot and cold, for any season, time, or occasion.

There is a difference. Your body reacts differently to it.

In fact, consumption of honey does not cause an insulin spike, like any table sugar does.

Also, there is a difference between drinking fruit juice and eating fruit.

If you eat the fruit, it won't spike your insulin like crazy and won't be bad for your heart as the body takes longer to absorb all that sugar.

But if you drink fruit juice, it is basically highly concentrated sugar and that is even bad for the hard.
It is taxing for the human heart.
