I didn't start drinking coffee until I was 31 and I am addicted to it now. I drink instant cappuccinos. I am trying to give it up as I don't like how reliant I have become on it and I think it causes me to sweat more. My Zoloft meds cause sweating and I don't need coffee adding to that.
