What anime series would you want to see remade?

But yeah, I think it would be pretty cool if we got a remake of area 88, it's this old manga where this jap airline pilot is forced to fight as a fighter pilot in the war in the middle east.

A series about planes and dog fights is still an original concept tbh, and the series goes over shit like the horrors and camaraderie of war.

I read on animefillerlist.com that 50% of both the original series and Shippuden is filler.
It's definitely a series where if someone you know is going to get into it, you have to give them a list of which episodes to skip

On one hand, we are at the point where people are so desperate for a decent adaptation of Berserk that goes past the first arcs that there were actual scams promising it, while on the other hand, Umineko's anime adaptation was such a catastrophe that it should get another one to forget the first one existed in the first place almost out of principle.
