Thoughts on Alan Wake?

I played it a few years ago and did not understand what the fuck the ending was at all, and was relieved when the long ass game was over since the combat was repetitive as fuck. You just flash your light on an enemy until they burn, then you shoot them. You do this for like 10 fucking hours. What did you guys think of it?

American Nightmare was a lot of fun since it was fast paced, ironically the dlc (American Nightmare) was more fun than the actual game itself.

If you are interested in it ever, just play American Nightmare. It's only like 2 hours and is fun.

Pretty much, I played the first one a long time ago, and the only silent hill game I play was homecoming and I quit the game very early

Think so, I got stuck pretty early in the game and gave up.

Agreed. I also hated the fact the higher the difficulty, the less batteries you get. At that point it isn't making the game harder but instead just making the game go by slower.
