Doesn't work in the USA this way. I have had family members NEET bux Maxx and they always made it an utter fucking pain. They were able to succeed in the end but you have to really have disability to do it. Severe one that doctors can corroborate. For NEETbux due to some weak reasons isn't enough. Also the NEETbux salary is shit. I will say though government does give free housing and healthcare which often does mean full disability receiving NEETs mog the bottom 20-33% of American workers easily in over quality of life.

Studymaxxing to expensive, welfaremaxxing while learning a skill to be self employed not an option. Trade maxxing I dont know tbh, probably the only route if you find a willing employer but still the hurdles to opening a business are huge as I read about all the health and safety courses, proof of machinery before the business is even opened, tax man waiting already before the first profit is even made.

My parents were poorfag muzzie curries. In USA you can still succeed as poorfag but requires you to choose very limited set of careers(tech,finance, healthcare,legal mostly) then do the math. Confirm high probability of getting job, career salary stats etc. Make sure to always be on top of finances(credit,loans etc ). Use all possible government grants/benefits which are not too hard to get(mostly college PELL grants).
Basically in USA, winners are rewarded more and those who paid lots of attention and grinded in a very specific fashion. People who just try to slack and get by, get fucked. People who make mistakes, have health problems, are extremely lazy, get super super fucked.
In USA to succeed, you must be disciplined, healthy and focused. You cannot slack around, or you will be fucked over at some point inevitably.
